I’ve been shopping with Tay and Grace since their Yountville days. I never leave empty handed. At this point, much of my closet and accessories are from the store accumulated over years. The quality of items is second to none and Kris’s eye for style means beautiful timeless items that last.
The woman whom works there today is extremely rude and disrespectful that it’s appalling. I guess the kind of people who shop at this store has kept it in business for 25 years because the woman has no customer service experience and obviously no home training to think speaking to a potential client in such an abrasive manner is okay EVER.
I absolutely love this boutique! The brands and styles offered are fabulous and the owner has a great eye for what's in style, but also offers classics that you'll keep and wear for years. Great quality and relaxed shopping environment. I always find something in the shop that I love!
