On the evening of the event, the set-up and service went really well. He was able to feed over 80 people in a relatively short amount of time, and both the families and players loved the food. You can really taste the quality of the meat and the freshness of the ingredients. I also tried the pork, and it was tender, flavorful, and had that perfect smoky touch.
