I went to this shop to have my passport photo taken, and the experience was terrible. They use a tripod with a ring light instead of a proper flash, which creates very harsh, circular shadows around the eyes. This is unacceptable in an official photo, as it affects the quality and naturalness of the image. When they sent me the photo, it was very poorly edited. Terrible service. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They deliver shoddy work and refuse to admit their mistakes; they even get annoyed if you ask them to fix it. I had to insist a lot to get them to fix one of their errors, and when they finally did, they treated me like they were doing me a favor. They are slow and have no idea about customer service. Don't waste your time here.
