Delicious and gorgeous Poki bowls picture speaks for itself they have gluten free options. May be able to make stuff vegan or vegetarian..but you probably need to ask.
Call your order in ahead of time if you can, and if you are on a short lunch consider something faster, which is most non sit down places but the food is pretty good. The Bulgogi is awesome but is far as a “tako” than in the bowl. In fact stick to tacos in general probably. The Poki Tako came in a fried wonton shell and both came slathered in masago (the green fish eggs) which is something you can’t get most other places, so bonus.
