Special Occasions was absolutely amazing for my wedding day! I used them for sprinter vans to pick up and drop off the bridal party, a motorcoach for my hotel guests' shuttle, and our getaway car at the end of the night. This is the absolute worst company I've ever worked with. If i could give 0 stars, I would. We booked our wedding shuttles with this company 7 months in advance. 1 month before our wedding, they informed us that their shuttles could not deliver guests to the venue and forced us to book multiple additional vehicles at our own expense. When we asked about cancelling our shuttle reservation due to the change in service agreement, they threatened to cancel our contract and charge us 100% of the cont
