This is an awesome hotel, located in a great area to allow for walking to dinner/shopping over at Scottsdale Quarter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice BUT I did not appreciate the 5 minute walk to get back to the room every single time with a child who is less than 1 years old (see video). Everything is well maintained though and I appreciated all of the things to do and places to go nearby!
I recently stayed at the Westin Kierland Resort. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms spacious. What I was most blow away is the staff at this hotel- everyone was so kind and attentive!!! A very special shoutout to Mario, the front desk manager who ensured my stay was phenomenal every step of the way. Also, I had one of the best massages ever by Robyn at the spa. Highly recommend!
I recently stayed at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa for a conference and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well run. The conference and meeting spaces were excellent and worked perfectly for our group. The staff did a great job with all of our meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was well organized and very well prepared. The entire conference was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. Overall, this is a first class res
