Our room was so quiet and dark that we slept in later than normal. Our room was larger than expected and had all the amenities. We appreciated the extra water and chocolate delivered to the room every evening. The outdoor bar with the fireplaces was a perfect place to end the evening. The service was excellent. And the meal we had at La Hacienda was one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile.
As a Silver member who has stayed at multiple Fairmont locations, I would rate my personal experience with this location as mediocre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are nice and the bathrooms are well equipped. The room location we got was horrible. We were placed in the “I” building which is in a remote corner of the resort.
