Astro Limo Service was awesome to work with! Danny who was the contact was so nice and very helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was top notch. Our driver Luee was great!. He was so friendly and nice. He arrived right on time. The limo was my daughter and her friends favorite part of the day! If we ever need a limo, Astro is the way to go! And the prices are the best around!!

I used this limousine service to take my bridal party and my two daughters to our venue on the day of my wedding. The least I would expect is a smile and friendly personality from the drive, but what I received was a grumpy driver who seemed to hate that he even had to be there. When asked for help turning on the radio the response received was "its self explanatory". When my 13 year old asked the driver how to operate the air conditioning he ignored her.... 3 times! Unfortunately, my experience with Jim Pronin was disappointing. He was often unreliable and consistently missed deadlines, failing to follow through on his commitments. I was expecting a higher level of professionalism.
