Why is it that an admittedly new security guard is threatening tickets for laying out in a public square (on a single person towel (when even SHE says SHE'S not sure if wrong, check city ordinance it is not ) asked to speak to a supervisor was told it was too much work & I'd be sorry if he had to show up. Ok-1st off thats a threat, I have seen this multiple times- whats the recourse? Also there are people lighting up blunts/joints/what have you left & right but nothing had been said-no security
