The Kimpton Brice Hotel

I recently stayed at the Kimpton Brice and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations. The check-in process set the tone. The manager allowed another guest to skip the line, assured me “I’ll be with you, I promise,” and then I waited approximately 35 minutes. I was eventually handed off to a colleague with no acknowledgment of the delay, no apology, and no orientation to the property or its amenities after waiting over an hour. We stayed at the Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah for a few days in August and had the best time. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, we truly felt like we were home. This clean and pet-friendly boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. From check-in to the outdoor bar, our room, and the daily happy hour, every part of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Stayed here in 2022 and had a wonderful experience. After returning this time, I was thoroughly dissapointed in the experience. Starting with the valet who did not offer to hold open the front door while I was juggling a bell hop and dog in both hands. I then waited in line for checkin over 20 minutes. Upon reaching the desk the staff didn't greet us, smile, or show any semblance of customer service. The hotel did not honor our $100 amex credit or late checkout. None of the advertised items or s
