We hired Red Oak to provide security for our Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis--they went out of their way to give fantastic service. Our expo is quite simple, just one guard for a few days without many responsibilities, but Red Oak communicated with the hotel ahead of time, shared their insurance information proactively, asked our event manager to walk the space, and then sent supervisors to speak with me on-site as opposed to just dropping a security guard in with no information

I’ve attended many types of trade conventions over the years and was very impressed with the level of organization Red Oak provided. They took the hassle out of the booth set up and tear down.
