They did our wedding at 18 rail's and tried to rip us off at every turn. They pay their chefs and servers $20/hr but charge you $45/hr for their labor and still expect you to pay gratuity. I paid over 4k in catering fees for the wedding, and other than then the table linens and sub par service (where security threatened to tow my car and the contact with butlers pantry was unreachable 90% of the time) I got nothing in return.
