This may seem an odd review, because I've never used their services, but you need to know who you're dealing with. A failed strap made one of their restrooms fall off the trailer right in the path of my Tesla. The driver was professional and courteous about it, and the management at Rocket paid for the repairs and my rental car without hesitation. So, at least, you can contract with this company knowing that you're dealing with honest professionals.
We rented a Portapotty and a Sink Unit during November 2020. I would recommend their services because of their reliability, good communication and fair prices. The reliability attribute is the most valued to us since we needed the rental ASAP. The first company we chose did not deliver and also made failed promises.
