Sacramento Elite Patrol

Today, 9/19/2025 at approximately 12pm a driver LP# 9HHA142 PPO 17541 made it a point to speed past my work vehicle from the far left merging lane on highway 50 going towards rancho cordova in the construction area nearly hitting me and another car in front of me. This employee may need to be addressed about how to safely drive their work vehicle

They towed my car that was parked outside my apartment. Management did not give them approval to tow my car. I park in visitor parking sometimes when I cannot find street parking (I don't have a parking spot). My apartment management KNOWS this and allows residents to park in visitor due to not having enough spaces. I am being quoted $505 to pick up my car that it literally across the street. I am a full-time UC Davis student and ALL of my money goes towards rent, tuition, and basic necessities

Every time I have attempted to utilize this company that is contracted with the apartments I live at I am given an excuse. Sometimes they say they will send someone out. An officer does show up but not until an hour or more later. Whenever an officer shows up to do an assigned patrol, they zip through the property and check nothing. If they are not zipping through, they park outside the property to smoke. I have also been lied to by the security dispatcher about towing policies. I contacted HB T
