Initially the company delivered my order on time and the delivery team was very professional. However the chairs I rented were dirty and had food stains, I discussed this issue with the manager and requested for a reasonable discount for the labor I had to put in making sure the chairs were clean for the guests. I was denied of a discount because according to him I didn’t address the issue within 24 hours.
