SKIP'S is hands down the best music store left standing in the Sacramento area having lived here for the last 25 years I can say I miss my guitar showcase in San Jose however Skips has filled that void nicely, though as a bass player we always wish we had more representation with that being said they almost always have what I need and special shout out to John Degate he is an absolute Talent at whatever he does he has helped me in backline kept me in budget set up perfectly helped me pick it up

A few of the younger workers were kind but one of the older men who works here was so rude. While my boyfriend and I were getting our guitar fixed we were looking at the instruments and the man came up and said we were looking too long at a particular drum set. He was very unprofessional when telling my boyfriend to stop playing. we weren't even in there long because it was pretty empty.
