Group of 18 for my BFF and her boyfriend for his birthday to Napa from Sacramento. $750 for 930am to 4pm. Overtime charge is automatically $200+. HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL driver. We booked Baja Limo for our wedding last Saturday, and it was hands down the worst part of our entire day. The driver was beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Not only did he fabricate a story about the limo being hit, but he also forced the bride to sign a form under the false pretense that it was necessary to use the limo, essentially scamming us. He even told us if we give him $500 he would go away. His driving was reckless, speeding the entire time, which made everyone feel unsafe. The

When I phoned them two days before the trip, they were able to arrange someone to meet my elderly parents at the airport who could not only meet them at the gate but could also meet them at the hotel! What a big advantage for older citizens who don't travel much and find it tough to traverse airports due to mobility and linguistic issues. Thank you, Baja Limo, and especially to the chauffeur, for treating my parents like royalty!
