We were so pleased with our experience! I rarely have expectations exceeded and Hannibal’s accomplished it. The people on the phone were always friendly and professional and asked all the questions that needed to be asked to ensure a flawless event. Worst catering ever. We had them cater a 92 person dinner for Yolo Sportsman’s association. It was supposed to be Tri Tip and chicken. The chicken was as hard as beef jerk and dry as cardboard. The Tri tip was not tri tip we think it was a cheap cut of meat like London broil and it had a freezer taste. They sent a server that certainly was not happy to be there. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try out Hannibal's while I was activated for my job here in Rancho Cordova. While I was here, I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor, and I also had the opportunity to try out their chicken curry, which was absolutely amazing. I love Indian food, and I am a very very strict critic of what is and isn't good when it comes Indian food, and I can say this is above reproach.
