The front desk is exceptional. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel like family every time that I stay there. Stayed for a night here for the Meals on Wheels California conference in March 2025. They have every bad practice you can find in the hotel industry. Resort fee, fine, everyone is doing this, AND an amenity fee. Asked the front desk, they said it's for the "free" coffee they provide in the lobby.
