Great museum: the (Victorian) building, the contents and the super friendly staff. It gives a good impression on how the two families have lived in the house. With temporary exhibits (in our case: mourning) and lots of information on the boards, but also with staff that comes up spontaneously to talk with the visitors so passionate, knowledgeable and interesting about the house. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!! This old house is truly breathtaking! It is INCREDIBLE IN PERSON!!!!! The pictures are cool but if you’re looking to visit Memphis YOU must see it!!!!! The workmanship from way back then is so intricate. So gorgeous! If you have trouble walking up stairs, you will have a difficult time. The staff did not rush me. They were very patient and polite. My MOST FAVORITE VICTORIAN HOUSE!!!!!
