Rhonda was unprofessional throughout the process, and Billy (the owner) displayed very poor customer service and an unpleasant attitude toward customers. Invoices were repeatedly changed with last-minute fees added at the end, which felt deceptive and unorganized. I've used this place a couple of times to rent wine glasses for wine tastings when everyone gets three glasses each and all of the glasses need to be exactly alike. The quality of the glasses is very good and the price is right. The people are nice too.
