I had a highly visible event at the Aloft Bricktown, they recommended Ned's for catering. I was initially worried about another variable to contend with during the event. I must say that the food was plentiful, the quality of the food was fantastic, the guidance provided by Sherri was invaluable and Dirk managed the food at the event with the care of a family member...it was important to him. Ned's Catering works with the wedding venue Rose Briar Place. We selected the chicken fajitas and the spinach enchiladas. Ned was great about working with several of us that had food allergies. The food was absolutely delicious. We had so many compliments on how delicious the food was - not at all the typical rubbery wedding food, but so full of flavor, warm, and wonderful.
