Aurora Rents

Love Aurora rents shoreline. I am a small plumbing & electrical contractor and rent lots of equipment from them. Equipment is always in excellent condition and well taken care of. Anytime I’ve had a problem, they’ve worked with me on the rental rate. Brandon and Craig at the front desk are awesome and have always been very helpful. i’ve rented everything from them from a 15 foot manlift, pipe, threader, rigid camera, scope, and their mini excavators. I’ve even had my concrete saw worked on there

I had a great experience as a first time customer at the Shoreline location. Friendly and patient staff helped me figure out what type of tool I needed for the job, and the tool itself worked just as it should. What could have been a dealbreaker quickly turned into another thumbs up- when I picked up the tool, the person on the dock forgot to give me a crucial part. EDIT : Aurora rents reached out immediately after this review and offered to make things right .. That means a lot these days.. I will definitely use them again.. Accountability is something a lot lack these days and the fact that they called personally and offered to make it right Is huge .. Mistakes happen ...
