It was freezing outside and the booth was set up outdoors, yet she stood there all night with the kindest attitude, so gracious, patient, and warm. She made every single guest feel taken care of, and the whole setup — the photos, the prints, the props, everything — was absolutely on point. Her professionalism and kindness truly elevated our event.
Jan and his team were amazing. Communication and coordination was a breeze. We had a relatively simple theme and Chroma executed it perfectly.
