Terrible experience dealing with them. They mix up invoices and charge the whole month even the equipment was picked up before the month started. They should pro-rate the amount and not charge for the entire month.
Just want to share my experience with this company: 1. their monthly billing cycle is 4 weeks instead of 1 month. 2.when pick up, they don't call you to schedule the "time" and you suppose to clear your driveway/access the whole day cause they don't know when they will be coming. 3. you will be billed 250 if they can't pick it up for any reasons (again, they won't call you for the time). 4. Calling the manager is useless cause they are super busy and they don't care 5.They said they waved the tr
They did everything possible to make life as difficult. They were completely unprofessional and double charge my contractor. Whatever you do go with any other company but these guys. After months of double charging my contractor they sent him to collections after he kept telling them he one ordered and received one rental (toilet). Do not use them and spare yourself time and save your money. Plenty of other companies out there that are much more customer service centric.
