Presidential Limousine

Booked for women’s business event. Great driver. Air conditioning was broke. It was June. We melted!!! Had to go back to hotel and get ready again before event. Called twice to ask for some compensation. I was told a manager would call me back and never did.

If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. While in town for my sisters wedding, she had booked with this company months in advance for our guest transfer. Instead of a fun and stress free start to celebrate her wedding day, she was left with an unresponsive, unprofessional and uncourteous company.
