I would give them a 0 if I could. I got a bathroom trailer for a block party. The said they would deliver the bathroom the night before and they never came. The next morning we called them several times and they kept changing the time they would be there. They finally were delivered 2 hours into the party. It took them a half hour to set up. The company told us to use a 20amp generator but that wasn't sufficient and it took us another 2 hours to find a generator. We basically got an hour use of
This company has the worst customer service i have ever seen. They charge you for 28 days of service and then they tell you they cannot pick up the portable restroom on the 28th day, they schedule it earlier. Basically you are charged the entire amount in advance then told they cannot pick up on the day you paid for and offer no reimbursement! In addition, the people you speak to are very rude and hang up on you when you ask to speak with a manager!!! Do not use them if you want to get good c
