I have bought many tiles form floor and decor and they have such a great selection for reasonable prices. But the best part has been working with the team who was amazing and so helpful. Kiki helped us find the perfect tile and made sure the batch we were getting was the correct color, and Paola, Michael and Phil were beyond the sweetest and the most helpful to load the large format tiles in our car. The team really made a difference in making our experience truly exceptional.

This store was very helpful! Joey helped me pick out my backsplash and everything I need for my contractors as well including things I didn’t even know I needed like grout, sealer and glue. I chose marble and he helped me sort through them and choose all the pieces I liked the most. He was very helpful! I will definitely be asking for Joey next time I come in and would recommend him to my family and friends as well.

Ezekiel Gomez, also known as Zik, is truly amazing. I’ve been to at least five different Floor & Decor locations in Orlando, and he is by far the best associate I’ve ever worked with. He’s professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and always greets you with a big smile. He guided me through everything from start to finish. At another location, I was recommended the wrong color and wrong material, but Zik helped me fix everything, exchanges, returns, and even choosing the right products. T
