This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They sold me a broken car and no one is taking responsibility. It has been one month since I purchased the vehicle, and it has been in their repair shop the entire time. I got screwed a big time here, and the repair shop they sent me to has been giving me excuses for two weeks. The mechanic is constantly unavailable.“at lunch,” “at a doctor’s appointment,” or “somewhere else.” Meanwhile, the dealer acts like they have no idea what’s going on.
A little over a month ago I started my search for a car to replace my 2004 Saab AKA Bob the Saab aka Bob the bouncing Saab aka my rolls canardly, you see my aging hooptie basically rolls down one hill and can hardly make it up the other one.. Lol The best thing I could say about poor old Bob Is that the engine started every time, and the wheels were around which gets me to work and back.
