Booked an 8:00am airport pickup. At 7:50 the driver pushed it to 8:30. At 8:30 he was still 30 minutes away and couldn’t reach management. We were stranded and had to cram five people and luggage into an Uber and barely made our flight. If you need reliable airport transportation, do not use this company.
I had booked a return journey back in December 2025. While I was on the cruise (and my phone turned off), they canceled our scheduled 9am reservation and pushed it back to 10am. I only found out about the change when we got back into port. The reason given was simply "No availability". I had originally picked the 9am slot so that we have plenty of time to get to the Orlando airport which is about an hour away. To cancel/re-schedule a reservation at the last minute after being charged is ridiculo
This review is for Kevin and not the driver. Driver was great but Kevin the dispatcher was rude and condescending. We booked our ride 15 min before we needed to leave just to be safe. Kevin the representative for this company said he said “sorry” with our inability to book properly. Either this company is trained to be rude as a response or Kevin is a poor reflection of a service company.
