29 Dec:Message for online payment came across as looking like a scam. Recommend sending a text or email to customer so they can react in a timely manner. Also, assume since this is a shuttle service, the only way to tip driver is cash? Not all customers carry cash. Overall satisfied with service. 2 Jan: Renee was amazing.
