Ultimate Party Bus

IF I CAN GIVE A 0 STAR ON THIS I WOULD. We are extremely disappointed with the bus that was provided. The bus was extremely tight and was not the bus we specifically requested. According to our contract, we were supposed to receive a bus equipped with a pole, which did not happen. Additionally, we were promised the same bus shown in the pictures that were provided to us prior to booking. This was the worst experience. I booked a party bus for my son and 19 of his friends with a bathroom 2 weeks in advance to go from Long Island NY to Medieval Times in NJ, the show started at 7:30. The pick up time was 5:30. At 5:00 the driver called me to tell me he was told the pick up time was between 5:30-6:30 and he was going to be late. Amazing NYC party bus experience! My friends and I had such a great time from start to finish. Our driver Ervin was super professional and made sure everything went smoothly both on the way there and on the way back (even with us being very drunk lol). We were treated so well, he waited for us all night and it was a fun, stress free trip overall. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a party bus in the city!
