I’m extremely disappointed with the way my business was conducted. I asked for my hair to be washed. She did not properly wash my hair. I still had grease inside of my hair. She stole the bundles out of my hair. She made me wait in the extra three hours before my hair was actually done. I’m very disappointed with the service and I’m requesting my money back and I’m also going to the Better Business Bureau and also filing a complaint with this the state of New York.

I had an appointment at 11 o’clock. That professional did not get there until nearly 1230. She washed my hair. She did not do a good job with washing my hair. There were still grease and she asked me why did I have so much grease in my hair. She proceeded to Install my extensions when I asked her for a net she had an attitude with me because I knew that my hair was sensitive and then at the very end of it she put two bundles in my hair and she took half of my bundle she stole half of my 20 inch

Complete disaster! I spent 95$ for my birthday nails which were chrome nails. Stated on her website, chrome does chip fast. Cool, because it started chipping the same day I did it. Now the 2nd day, the chrome was completely off. I was frustrated & I texted the nail tech to know. Clearly, I had a misunderstanding with chrome chipping because she said even it coming completely off is what she meant about it chipping fast. She agreed to give me a new free set.
