Event Catering Houston provided the ice cream bars for my wedding reception. The cart was a favorite among my guests - maybe even more than the open bar! It was a very, very hot day so when the server showed up to drop the cart off, she was quick to let my coordinator know what accommodations needed to be done to keep the cart cold and the ice cream bars frozen.
