We had a great time with Heaven On Wheels! Our driver, Mike, was timely, courteous, and super helpful. He provided wonderful service to me and my 11 girlfriends on a roundtrip drive from Fort Worth to Dallas. We got the Sprintertainment and it looked just like the photos. It was clean, well stocked, and a comfortable temp for our ride. Would absolutely recommend!!!
My wife and I used Heaven on Wheels and were very disappointed! Darrell our driver, was 40 minutes late and the bride showed up to our wedding late! Highly unprofessional, the Executive Sprinter stunk of cigarettes, had no AC in the back and had beer bottles rolling around the brides and mother in laws feet. I called the owner multiple times Saturday regarding this issue, and today is Tuesday and have not heard back from the owner. I'm happy to say we will never use this company again. Uncleanly
