If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large arrangement 2 days before Valentine's Day 2019 through 1800Flowers and they sent the order to be arranged by Mia Flowers. The arrangement with delivery and service fees was $145.00 so I'm expecting something close to what 1800Flowers has pictured, which I included in the pictures. I order mothers day flowers through 1800flowers. I received them today Thursday which is clearly not mothers day and when I called Mia Flowers to ask what happened the man on the whole had a lot of attitude. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence and spoke to me as if I was a child. HORRIBLE service. The flowers were also not what I ordered on the website it showed lively beautiful flowers in a basket with a ribbon and a butterfly clipped on. I received half dead flowers in a different bask

If I could give this -0 stars, I would, especially if it would permanently close this place. I have never had a loved one surprise me with flowers on a special occasion like "Valentines Day," and when it does happen, I receive such a horrible quality of service and product...Half the flowers came half dead and nothing like the pictures provided. I didn't receive the card my boyfriend had specifically selected and paid extra for. The balloon he chose was not even similar to the one in the picture
