Okay, I found this place after a quick search and decided to try it out! It's definitely a grab and go kind of place yet seating is available in the back past the counter where you order. I had the Chopped Cheese Mac and Cheese with the beef! It was hot, had depth, and was so, so delicious! I had to slow down because I was tearing it up! I ordered food from here multiple times while visiting Manhattan recently. I tried the platter, the loaded fries, and the NcChicken. The loaded fries were my favorite. The seitan is amazing in both the platter and the loaded fries, I also especially liked the tzatziki/ranch sauce. We picked this place while visiting NYC for the holidays. I had the NYC Chopped Cheese and the counter person suggested I get it with Beyond Beef. My wife got the Nashville Hot Chicken. This must be a best seller because there were other sitting near us and everyone was eating the Nashville chicken sandwich. Mine was great. Cheesey, delicious and comforting.
