Authentic Neapolitan pizza. The dough is light and airy; the sauce is not laid on thick; and the mozzarella is fresh. This is much better than the personal pies restaurants are serving by the slice. We hired Pizza Vitale for our sons first birthday and they were absolutely excellent! We had about 50 people and everyone gave their pizza a glowing review, I ordered two of them myself. They were very accommodating with planning our event and a pleasure to work with.
