I recently canceled a 60th surprise party at this venue for personal reasons. I paid them a visit in reference to my deposit, 1200- 200 more than requested in good faith. Was greeted by a second person who reached out , spoke in my behalf to the original gentleman stated he'd be there on 2 hours. I took the cell number and immediately reached out to the person upon departing the venue. I didn't remain there because the last time I was here with my daughter for an appointment, he never showed up

I truthfully absolutely loved this catering hall, im not sure why there were some negative reviews bc I had a great experience. This was the perfect event hall to host our graduation party and I couldn’t be more thankful to joffrey because he really helped make this party the best it possibly could be, he helped us out with envelope boxes and smoke machines and truly is such a kind man. The dj (separate company they work with) wasn’t too great so maybe clarify that u want them to play ur exact p
