I recently attended two, 8 hr annual in service training sessions, with Knight Security. The Instructors, Mr. Moye and Mr. Novembre were professional and well versed in the law, and standard operations and procedures, within their respective field. I attended Fashion Week at the Metropolitan Pavilion on Saturday, and I have to say, I've been to countless fashion events, but I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior. One security guard, was particularly rude to numerous guests. I witnessed him speaking to people in an aggressive manner, as if he were upset with the world.
