Horrible experience at the NY store, I need a very cheap but important product, it wouldn’t come in time for next day shipping and so I went in person. I asked to verify the product fits and was told to return if it doesn’t work. What about my time, what about the money for transportation, what about the inconvenience of it possible nonfunctional and having no other options?
