All interactions were done over the phone. Sam was professional and extremely accommodating. The balloon garland was my only unknown and they were already there when I got to the restaurant. They were right on time. The guy was wonderful he created the garland and came to me and said he had extra balloons and could make me 2 balloon pieces I could put on the bar.
