Walking in, we were seated in a corner rather than in the main dining area. We asked to be moved since, for us, dining out is as much about the atmosphere as it is about the food. The only alternative was a table in the bar area, so we went with it and made the best of the situation. On the positive side, the service was genuinely great. This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and we chose it to celebrate my husband’s birthday dinner. I was extremely happy with how everything turned out. The vibes were incredible—it truly felt like being transported to Italy and France, especially with the live music. The ambiance was absolutely perfect. We found this restaurant and booked a table through Chase Sapphire Reserve. We arrived early for our 5:15 reservation as the restaurant was opening. The host did not greet us and appeared focused on coat check for a larger group. Host area seemed chaotic.l, even though there were 4 employees in that area. We were still not acknowledged and stepped up and shared we had a reservation. Finally after 10 minutes we were seated between two groups of 10 plus. It was loud! We asked to be sat else
