Off Duty Officers

I booked security for 1 guard for an event. The assigned person was confirmed before the event, payment made. No one showed up because the person was on vacation in another state and didn't know he was supposed to be working. Not the first scheduling snafu I've had with this group. Edit after reply: A previous event happened at the same location (mine), although not booked by me. Two hours prior to the event no guards were assigned, explanation given was that email with contract and payment

This company is horrible. Their agents are condescending, disrespectful and instead of de escalating a situation, they make it worse. Ignacio at Best Buy is the person whom we had an interaction with. They are disrespectful to customers, and they racial profile.
