My son and I ordered the Birria Nachos and the Birria Quesadilla. Both were delicious and had great portions! The birria they make is seasoned a little different than what I typically taste. I’m getting some southern spices that give it a bit of a Cajun vibe and it is delicious! The best birria I have had, out in Colorado (from California 1 hour from the border) and it would rival most birria I’ve had out in Colorado. Well done chef!
