Worst insurance company ever, they never pick up the phone or return calls. I read the previous reviews of customer-complaints regarding the same issue, every time the staff has tried damage control by apologizing and directing customers to call back during business hours... The problem is that they never answer or call you back. Imagine when you actually have to make a claim.

I've been with Front Row for a little under four years. Their rates are reasonable and I love that they understand photo/film industries. I've never had to make a claim but I've heard good things from other photographers. My only complaint is that they no longer cover your equipment if it's stolen from your car. As someone who works on the road this leaves me on edge. Would happily pay a little more for this option even with a higher deductible. UPDATE: Front Row, thank you for clarifying my co
