They're super professional on the phone and were the fastest to get back to me with an estimate for a tent rental. Brandy is great. Even the delivery guys were great. I was very disappointed with the quality of tent/tables for what I paid. My husband had to fix 3 different tables to get them to stand and the power cord for the stereo wasn't delivered. Overall everything seemed to work but for the thousands I paid i expected better
