Completely dragged along for over 2 weeks waiting on a complete quote with no response outside of the initial partial quote sent to me. After multiple attempts to follow up finally got ahold of someone at the office and was told that "your rep reached out and communicated we could not provide the remaining pieces." Which is a flat out lie to cover someone's butt. If you are relying on a production rental from this company I advise you look for other sources.
