Triple A Coach LLC was scheduled to provide security training required by the city of Colorado Springs to an employee of American Hawk Security. The training consist of everything that the employee would need to get their security guards license with firearms and concealed firearms enforcement within the city of Colorado Springs as per city Code 2.3.2. Just how God awful, rude, and unprofessional this business operates is pretty astounding. I show up on my lunch break for a fingerprinting appointment scheduled a week in advance and no one is there. Was in the southgate home depot yesterday and saw American Hawk security had a person there. My wife and I were there for 2 hours getting materials for our home remodel. What a joke!!! The first (guard) a black female, wasnt even in a uniform and wore a yellow traffic vest. We thought she was a parking lot attendant.
