Great space for dj’s and events like outdoor markets. Really enjoyed the NYE event and winter market they had recently. Has a vintage and gritty nature and the sound wasn’t bad. Security was chill and not overbearing. A note is they need to improve the bathroom situation; think more creatively like maybe creating portable urinals to cut down on the lines for both men and women. The NYE event was bathroom line was incredibly long the whole time. Also the lines for drinks could be more organized.

I have helped plan corporate work parties for my company, and in December, we had our holiday party at the Soap Factory. This was the most seamless execution I’ve ever had! Right from the introduction, Jamie was extremely helpful and communicative. She helped us with the entire event including food, drinks, Photo Booth, DJ, security, everything we needed - including things I didn’t even think of. She was on top of everything, available, so sweet and accommodating. It took so much planning off my

Excellent venue for different events. This past weekend we attended to a fashion show. Early bird was present with her excellent quality products. Early bird has her shop inside the patio garden. They also have food and vendors. Next week I’ll return to the lucha libre.
